…And a good thing too, because I just filed my last week of unemployment. Which means I’m only going to get one week’s pay instead of two. Ulp. This assignment (it’s through a temp agency) is only for a week and a half (someone is sick), but hopefully I can parlay it into a longer assignment or a full term assignment. I’m off to get my drug test, and the job starts tomorrow. I don’t know when I’ll actually get paid (probably a week or two after the assignment ends, that’s how these things usually go) so I’m looking at a slim month financially. I sure hope I can get a real job out of this. I’m beginning to feel like a ghost.
