Another day wasted.
Update: on the other hand, I just got a call from another placement agency (after a nearly two-month dearth of contact from anybody) offering me the possibility of some sort of employment at least by the first of the year. As much as I've been enjoying the late mornings, I am getting more and more conscious of the fact that my unemployment benefits aren't going to last forever, and I need to get back in the grind. Sigh. Anyway, I've got an interview tomorrow morning.

First Transit (JTA Connexion) is hiring drivers for the handicap buses like crazy...or maybe I should say the people they already hired are quitting like crazy. My Chief has been offered a supervisor job twice in 3 days but he says he's having a good time just driving. I know, he's a sick puppy, cuz he likes helping others who need it. I don't have that much love for humanity myself. I'm just glad he found a job he enjoys, even if it means he gets up just as the bars are closing!

Well, I had a sinus flare-up that hit me like a ton of bricks, so I had to reschedule to tomorrow morning. Stupid sinuses.
